The Marriott Inspector indicated multiple times that this was one of the best prepared and professional jobs he had tested in years. To walk away with only (3) punchlist items is relatively unheard of and that was a direct result of your hard work and expertise. We as GCs do a great job of informing you when something is wrong but a very poor job of congratulating you when things go well. For that I apologize and again, thank you for your hard work and being an extremely valued partner.
