They have great response time to service calls and their Alarm Service Manager, Jerry, was instrumental in diagnosing and fixing an ongoing issue. I wanted to take this time to thank you all (please forward to Jason and Walter) for the outstanding work and professionalism your teams exhibited leading up to and during the Marriott Hotel inspections. The Marriott Inspector indicated multiple times that this was one of the best prepared and professional jobs he had tested in years. To walk away with only (3) punchlist items is relatively unheard of and that was a direct result of your hard work and expertise. We as GCs do a great job of informing you when something is wrong but a very poor job of congratulating you when things go well. For that I apologize and again, thank you for your hard work and being an extremely valued partner. If your companies ever are in need of a reference, I would be happy to provide one.   Job well done!!

Fire Systems West has been my privilege to have as my Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm vendor for the sixteen years that I've been associated with you.  I've either been the Chief Engineer or Building Engineer of Electric Lightwave Building, West Coast Bank Building (now the Columbia Bank Building), and the Vancouvercenter North Office Tower Building.  We have had you in our buildings performing annual fire inspections, sprinkler pipe fitting repairs, fire extinguisher services, backflow testing/repair, and straight out maintenance on our equipment.  I've been expertly and professionally taken care to above my satisfaction and would highly recommend you to anyone.  You contact me in advance of when your coming to do scheduled service or a repair, you show up efficiently on time, and the quality of work is outstanding.  I have been able to have copies of tests done or corrections to the City of Vancouver Fire Department and no questions were asked.
